With Smokemart & GiftBox Same Day Delivery you can now get your order delivered to your door the very same day*. Place your order before 2pm and we guarantee your order will arrive by 7pm that evening.
Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day
If your postcode is eligible and your nearest store is in stock of your chosen products, this delivery option will be made available at checkout.
How To Order
- Log in or create your Smokemart & GiftBox account.
- Add your items to your cart.
- Enter your delivery details, if your selected products are in stock, Same Day Delivery will be a delivery option in checkout.
Orders placed by 2pm will be processed and dispatched that day. Whilst we guarantee that your order will arrive no later than 7pm it will often arrive much earlier than this.
All Same Day Delivery orders are held for 7 days from the date of order placed from return of failed delivery.
Authority To Leave
Unfortunately, we cannot offer authority to leave on Smokemart Same Day Delivery items as all deliveries must be signed for by the named receiver on your order. In the case of order containing tobacco, tobacco accessories or disposable vapes, a valid ID must be presented.
*Please note: If our Delivery Partner Drivers are unable to deliver a package or a recipient cannot produce valid ID (All Tobacco & Disposable Vape orders) your items will be returned to the store your order was packed by.*
Why do I need to create an account?
Due to legislation, we are unable to offer guest checkout for orders that include tobacco.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order and payment has been confirmed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

Can I nominate someone to collect my order?
Same Day Delivery orders can only be handed to the named person on the order. Unfortunately, you can’t have a another person receive your order for you.
I haven’t received tracking information
You can find your tracking information by logging into your Smokemart & GiftBox account, just follow these steps. Click Account>My orders> View Order> Order shipments and tracking information will be on your order. For more information on tracking your order, click here.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you aren’t able to receive your delivery, that’s okay. Once your order has returned to your store that it was sent by our Customer Service team will get in contact with you, to let you know you have 7 days to collect the order from the store it was assigned to. (The store name is on your confirmation email)

What happens if stock is no longer available after placing my order?
Occasionally, an item in-store might be missing or there is a high demand for certain products and staff will only find out when picking the order. If there is no stock available after placing your order, we will contact you to let you know that this will be shipped Express from our warehouse.

There is no minimum spend for Same Day Delivery orders.
