How To Order
- Log in or create your Smokemart & GiftBox account.
- Add your items to your cart.
- Enter your postcode and select your preferred store.
- Select Click & Collect as the service option.
Most Click & Collect orders will be available for collection within 4 hours of placing an order. If you order within 4 hours of the stores closing time your order will be ready for collection by 11am the next day.
All Click & Collect orders are held for 7 days from the date of the order placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order and payment has been confirmed, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order.

What stores participate in Click & Collect?
All our Smokemart & GiftBox stores participate in Click & Collect. You can find your closest store here.
What happens if stock is no longer available after placing my order?
Occasionally, an item in-store might be missing or there is a high demand for certain products and staff will only find out when picking the order. If there is no stock available after placing your order, we will contact you to let you know that this will be shipped Express from our warehouse.

How will my Click & Collect order be packed?
All Click & Collect orders are packed into a GiftBox Enviro bag or a paper Smokemart bag.
Is there a minimum spend?
There is no minimum spend for Click & Collect orders.
Can I return my Click & Collect order?
Products purchased via Click & Collect are eligible for refund or exchange. Simply take the product back into any Smokemart & GiftBox store.

Can I nominate someone to collect my order?
Unfortunately, we don’t allow you to nominate someone to collect your order due to the nature of the products available through Click & Collect service.
Can I order tobacco products through Click & Collect?
Yes, tobacco products are available through our Click & Collect service.

What do I need to collect my Click & Collect order?
To collect your Click & Collect order you will need valid ID and order collection notification. (SMS or Email confirmation)
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your Smokemart & GiftBox account, just follow these steps. Click account>my orders> view order> order shipments. We also notify you by Email & SMS once your order is ready for collection
